Hand blocked from wool felt using traditional millinery techniques involving steam and hat blocks, and finished with a wired brim edge to maintain sturdiness.

Adorned with dozens of black rhinestones in differing sizes highlighting the curve of the outside edge, whilst waves of sinamay whip around the edge leading on to a long single pheasant tail feather, taking in elements of Victorian England fashions from the late 1800's

Can be worn tilted towards the front of the head in a jaunty manner. A perfect fixed smooth wine wool felt teardrop accented with a swirl of rhinestones, waves of sinamay and a single pheasant feather.

Measures approx 6" - 15cm by 4" - 10cm and stands between 2" and 1.25" high, with the quill extending to 18".

Held in place with a loop of hat elastic underneath.
