Pink Cocktail Hat Straw Hat Mini Fascinator

Pink Petals.
Interwoven pink petaled flower perched on the edge of the crown of a hand blocked mini hat.

Hand stitched from pale pink vintage NOS swiss braid cello straw mini hat, made by taking one continuous piece of braid and working it into a completely solid form, then blocked using traditional millinery techniques involving steam and wooden hat blocks, and finished with a wired brim edge to maintain sturdiness.

The flower is hand made from individually cut wool felt petals stitched directly onto the hat to create the swooping curving full shape, and centred with a bunch of pink flower stamen.

Can be worn tilted towards the front of the head in a jaunty manner, and on either side of the head, depending on if you want the flower to the back or the front of the hat!

Base measures approx 4.25" - 11cm in diameter.

Mounted on a black metal headband.
